False advertising

My son was looking for Origami paper on Takealot.com. He spent his pocket monet on an item called "Origami Paper: ABSTRACT PATTERNS. ORIGAMI PAPER IN A BOX. 192 sheets of high quality folding paper"

There was a note saying it was an ebook which we assumed was the instructions part of the "box of 192 sheets of paper". The description said "...everything you need to create amazing origami art!" The cover says FREE BONUS MATERIAL DOWNLOAD ie the EBOOK THAT COMES WITH THE BOX OF PAPER

Turns out there is no box of 192 sheets of high quality folding paper accompanying the ebook. Its only an ebook. This is misleading and false advertising. Takealot customer care were very unhelpful. I understand there are no refunds on ebooks but then this description is incorrect and its false advertising. Well done Takealot, an 11 year old boy is put off shopping on Takealot for life (and so is his mom). And Henrica who insists there is no box of paper to accomany the ebook. You're a bad customer service agent #*****ingchildrensmoney #falseadvertising
