False advertising

I bought a gold chain from take alot not even a even a month and n half later it turned brass. Then i placed an order but was cancelled i trie to reorder the solitaire gold pendant separately but when i click on the page it shows e404 page cannot be found not even sold out. I have spent hour on the internet trying to sort this. I feel it is false advertising as number ons you stated double layered necklace was gold and then cancelled my order with no option to reorder. I would like a refund on my necklace order my other necklace and compensation for time, effort and date used to try and reorder.
