False advertising

After I have sent back an item due to false advertising, I have not been credited and the product has also not been sent back. So I've ended up paying for nothing... no one is getting back to me with any constructive feedback. The parcel was send back on the 24th of April,and still nothing. Worst service I have ever gotten from takealot. I am a frequent takealot customer, and atleast just expect some kind of feedback.
