False advertisement and knock-off products

My brother ordered me an Amazon Echo Dot from takealot, advertised as such, it is a compact smart speaker with Bluetooth and smart home control.

Takealot then sends me an Alaxe Echq Dof, which is just a Bluetooth speaker.

We send it back, requesting the item advertised and paid for but instead of sending the product as advertised, they sent the exact same blatant knockoff of the Echo dot, the Echq Dof again... Stuck with a Bluetooth speaker again.

Don't use takealot. They're misleading and greedy. **** products, false advertising and just a plain dishonest company.

Doubt we'll be able to receive the product we ordered, as this has happened to my father before regarding a drone he ordered a few years ago.

Only reason I'm here now is because my brother wanted to use takealot to buy me gift, once again they've proven me right as to why I haven't ordered anything from takealot in ages.
