False adveriting and BAD service

It started off with false advertising. Product was not the size they advertised it for at all. It was not even the same make as advertised. Then I asked them for the product to be returned. Gave them the address to come collect it and replace it with the correct product. They went to the wrong address and now have the cheek to tell me, if I want them to come to the address that I gave them in the first place, it will taken an additional 3 day's. I am still sitting with the incorrect product and the call center that is supposed to sort this out, has *********** staff that simply just don't care.
