Falling to deliver

I bought a sound bar, electric/gas stove and bar stools at Takealot on the 5th and was told that my staff will be delivered on the 15th on the 14th the said on the 20th and now today on the 19 they are telling me on the 23. It's not the first time I'm buying from them and in most casses I need to return something before they can send something right. They received the money on the 5th and I was suppose to have received my things if they cannot commit or deliver my things can they please refund me and let me look for a new online store if they reschedule again can they please give me back my money order number ***1
