Falling apart slowly...

Advertising products in stock and delivery date, only to have the delivery date moved 4 days before the delivery. Now the item is out of stock and they are refusing to assist. So needless to say my son's birthday will now be messed up because of them. It is also not a cheap item, I am also not the first, seems they are having issues, but makes you wonder why do they advertise n stock and then keep your money for however long they feel like it to not send the item...
