**** vouchers from Takealot and VISA

I recently received a discount voucher from Takealot which stated it expires 31August. When I tried using it, I got a message to say the voucher is inactive. Reading other complaints it looks like this was some sort of bait and switch attempt on their part. I doubt they had ever intended to honour these vouchers.

Perhaps VISA didn't pay Takealot the necessary fees for the promotion. The promotion seems to have been sponsored by VISA.
