**** 'sale' prices

If you haven't notice takealot makes the original price for an item 3 times the actual original price and then the 'sale' price looks like a bargain but it's actually more than the actual original price or the same. So please next time you see a bargain try and Google with the original price is. They are sneaky as hell. Just yesterday I saw a webcam like the one I'm using for work, original price was like R600 and something and sale price was R300 and something, today I see the same webcam original price R1500 and sale price R400 and something. Is this even legal?
