**** PS4 controller received from Takealot

I ordered a SONY Playstation PS4 Dualshock 4 Controller - Green Camouflage V2 (PS4) as a birthday gift for my husband.

Firstly, I ordered the controller the first time on 25 Feb 2020 only for this item to be cancelled with another product without any notification.

No gift to give – embarrassment.

I then order the same product again on the 3rd of March after being informed by Takealot that the item is in stock. (2 days late for my husband’s birthday)

When the PS4 Dualshock 4 Controller - Green Camouflage V2 (PS4) finally arrived we noticed that this device is not the device advertised on their website.

I specifically checked that it’s a SONY PS4 Controller. What arrived is some other replica brand.

Item received doesn’t even have the same name. It’s a Doubleshock 4 and not a Dualshock 4!!

Sent numerous emails with only an automated response. No call centre number anymore so can't even speak to anyone about it!! Takealot - seriously disappointed as I'm a frequent buyer.
