**** Perfumes - not parallel imports - 100% **** and they ***** your money

Takealot sells **** perfumes!!!! They claim the perfumes are "parallel imports" but this statement is 100% incorrect - Parallel imports clarly states that the product is 100% authentic and non-counterfeit. The products I recived was 100% **** - and I noticed it as soon as I opened the box - how else would you be able to see the product content??? I lodged a immediate return/refund request and they collected it the following day - after I had to follow up, I was informed that they are rejecting my request for refund since "the product has been used" I never used the product and only opened the box inspect the purchased goods. So now Takealot is sitting with my money and the **** perfume... and they quote their return policy..... this apparently gives then the right to sell **** products and then hide behind their return policy. What an absolute disgrace!
