I recently purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses Order # ********** 2 as a gift for my wife. The frame was a little big for her so we decided on taking the sunglasses to the Ray Ban store in CanalWalk.

Upon inspection from one of the sales reps in store they asked where we bought the sunglasses, asking why the responded saying the sunglasses are ****. Not wanting to believe them they proceeded to demonstrate how they would ascertain whether a pair of glasses were authentic or not and showed me the clear differences on the same pair they had in store.

Upon bringing this to Takealot's attention all they did was say I should log a return for them to inspect the goods. I comp**** expecting a response but all I got was a notification from my bank showing the money was refunded.

This is a clear indication of guilt I thought I give you guys one last opportunity to explain yourself's before I take this to social media and create a debacle whereby I expect you guys to receive numerous complaints from people you have conned.
