**** Delivery Details CHANGED BY TAKEALOT _ ***** REPORT
This is a ***** report of Takealot. Their staff is trying to ***** my goods. Someone within Takealot has changed the delivery address of my order to an address which is not even listed as any of my current or previous delivery addresses.
On three occasions, they have requested me to confirm the delivery address. And when I asked what this game is about to keep asking me from all different personal constantly all the time (one message even threatened that my order will be cancelled if I do not respond to confirm my delivery address within 24 hours!), yet another staff member responds and confirms that the delivery is now being rerouted to an address in the neighbouring city of the one which appears on my order ticket!
I am absolutely disgusted at this ***** by Takealot.
Sisipho. M (vague communication, and no confirmation of receipt of funds after Takealot has confirmed the receipt of funds, and then confirmed that payment has not been received thereafter. Upon requesting what the case is.... since you know... a woman is never half pregnant. She's either pregnant or she's not! But clearly by Takealot payment can be confirmed as received and not! Sisipho gives the most vague answer possible.)

The whole company is *****ulant!!! And it is not to say that either of these abovementioned staff is the culprit within the company who has changed my delivery address internally after it has been registered as part of my order. The question remains: WHO IS THE CULPRIT IN THE COMPANY WHO HAS ACCESS TO CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS OF AN ORDER AFTER THE CLIENT HAS ORDERED AND RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS?
This is simply a statement on how *****ulant South Africa has become, and that the biggest business company of online purchases in South Africa cannot be trusted!
