**** and damaged items

I ordered a wide range of cosmetics,and quite a few of The Balm products which are **** dull have no expiry date and seal doesn't close!contacted them before 24 December within 30 day return policy period.24 Dec was date arranged to collect products,stayed home entire day awaiting Takealot to collect but nobody pitched.few days passed and I wasn't even contacted.When I complained they said they will credit me for two products and I should log a new return for the other two products.They kept saying they will collect the products but I spite of numerous appointments they are still messing around and not pitching up
