Fair service

Takealot.com responds promptly to emails. If items returned, they collect the next day after booking for return and refund quickly. Even if item is out of stock they refund quickly. The only issue I have with them is the delivery time from their 3rd parties, it's too long and sometimes you are informed on the day of dispatch that the item is out of stock. Imagine waiting for 2 weeks to be told an item is out of stock? A day before delivery, that's insane.
