My experience has been fairly good, mostly due to the fact that I order single items and not bulk. Although the shipping takes forever, it's worth the wait. Takealot has also been quick and efficient with their refunds when need be. They could, however, improve by giving deals and discounts to encourage buyers to purchase items in cart and wishlists.
