Failure to respond to a complaint

<p>After countless attempts to complain that a certain order was never delivered to me I am 2 months later still waiting for a credit to be passed. very simple course of events, ordered products... PAID for products.... TAKEalot.com system says "products delivered".... but infact it was never delivered. Even asked for proof if anyone had signed for it at my company, none presented. our security has no records of a delivery on said day. so bottom line is I am terribly angry now... I want that order to be credited now as the countless complaints I have sent directly has gone largely ignored.</p>
