Failure to replace my order and delivery

I ordered the below item on the 26th December 2021, the wrong item was delivered to my address , I am still waiting for my correct order since I logged a return. the wrong item was collected for return but I have not received the right order yet.

I am giving birth very soon and I have not received my camp cot . I have been doing follow ups by sending emails and calling with my airtime and I don't get any assistance.

I am very disappointed with takealot
