Failure to refund /solve/another empty promise

Waiting for refund after prompt cancellation (before order was track able or distributed.) Takealot always promises to solve the problem but never does. Dragging feet. Ridiculous email chain system. Etc. Etc. Makes it impossible to communicate fairly and consistently. Not interested in a credit. Like wrestling as lightweight with a sumo wrestler
