Failure to provide feedback

<p>Spoke to Kim in escalations regarding a delivery issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>The issue was resolved with much fighting although I was told it would not be delivered even after paying for same day delivery. I then spoke to Kim and told her I expect feedback - how packages get delivered at 9pm when it was scheduled for 4pm at DIFFERENT location.</p> <p> </p> <p>When using profanity, due to sheer frustration, I get told to stop else she will end the call. I think the fact that they threaten me is a little disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>If people had done their job right the first time - we would have avoided all of this :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am even more upset as I have received ZERO feedback.
