Failure to deliver order

Ordered a gate motor amongst other things. My order was meant to be delivered on a Saturday but we rescheduled delivery to Sunday. Regardless of our reschedule, I received a message to say my order was delivered to my address and signed by 'myself'. (Take note, I was not home). I then followed up numerous times and eventually went to the dispatch in Ottery. Spoke to a manager/supervisor and after half an hour they discovered my order was delivered to my neighbour. This goes against standard procedure as anything not delivered to the specified address needs to be returned to dispatch. Take note my order was worth R7000. Completely irresponsible as Takealot did not know get permission to delivery elsewhere or how responsible my neighbour was. Turns out my neighbour did receive the parcel, however I asked for the manager to call me. This never happened. I get a call from a 'secretive person' from Takealot , who after hearing my story drops the call on me. Absolutely shocking follow up from Takealot.
