FAILURE TO DELIVER ONCE AGAIN

I’m getting a bit tired of arriving to pick up my items only to find that there has been some issue and today was no different, I ordered TWO CANS of white spray paint but only got one as “one has been returned as it is damaged” - good of you to tell me that it my READY TO COLLECT EMAILS.

And then to state in my profile that the item has ALREADY BEEN COLLECTED when it hasn’t. I only found out about the issue on collection as the email sent has a link with BOTH showing as ready and the despatch clerk had to point out that at the very bottom of the email it states that one is not available.

When I go on the site to return the item it has a NO RETURN POLICY. Well guess what you BETTER refund this item as I won’t be wasting MORE petrol to collect the other can which I needed THIS WEEKEND!!!!
