Failure to deliver

I placed an order on the 18Th of May, Order number ***5 which was supposed to arrived soon thereafter. The delivery was then delayed because not all items had arrived, thats normal. Around the 27th the items were released for delivery but never made it, the driver was at least kind enough to call and advise. The following day the items were sent out again and returned to the warehouse, no one called. On Saturday I receive an email saying the address information is insufficient. funny because it was sufficient for the first delivery guy to estimate the distance between my work and where they were. Even after replying to the email, takealot cancelled my order, my queries have gone unanswered. To make things worse is that the credited amount is R1 880 instead of R2 344 which was paid. where did the rest of my money go to.
