Failure to deliver an ordered item twice.

I ordered a Huawei super charger for a P30 smartphone with Takealot on the 07th of July this month and they delivered a wrong parcel to me. They logged in a return on my behalf after I called them on the day of the delivery. My super charger was suppose to be delivered today 19 July, they delivered a wrong parcel again. Is this how you treat people if they place orders because I am not going to wait for another week of your incompetence to deliver what was ordered by me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. How do you fail to correct your own mistake TWICE.
