Failure to deliver all study materials for an NWU student.

I am a student registered at NWU. It is the responsibility of takealot.com to deliver my study material. I received 3 books and I have some outstanding books still to be delivered. I am having some difficulty in tracking the outstanding books. I have called -in and mailed my concerns but the company keep sending computer generated emails insisting that I have received all the materials. My assignments are due from 02 March 2020 and I am paying for my own pocket. If I do not get the books, I will not pass as I am doing distance learning.
