Failure to communicate

Takealot keeps moving a delivery date for my order but does not notifiy me. The order details don't say which part of the order is holding up the shipment. One part is vital and the other not. The contact form is difficult to find and doesn't work. Keep getting an error. The contact number (also difficult to find) has a message saying that due to Covid 19, you have to use the form. Faire enough, but then please make sure the form works. I have no way of getting answers from takealot.
