Failure to collect item after having me wait on them everyday for many days

<p>I purchased a product on Takealot.com that in reality did not operate as mentioned on their site. As such I decided to make use of their refund policy. Last week Friday I received a message letting me know that they will collect the item from me between 1pm and 5pm that day. So I waited at home the entire day, yet nobody collected. On Saturday they let me know someone will collect on Monday the 20th between 1pm and 5pm. Again I waited, nobody collected. Then I'm told Tuesday that someone will collect then. Again I waited the entire day, nobody. This is terrible service. I cannot understand how they can't get something this basic right after 3 tries. Tell your delivery man to go to this and this address. Problem solved.</p>
