FAILING SYSTEM and OTP limit restrictions

I have to say I'm fend up with Takealot. Today is the day of me receiving my delivery, now I want to check how far is it. I open the app, and it ask me to login as ALWAYS! I login in with my Google account, then wait for an OTP that didn't even come to me, then I'm hit with the "OTP Resend limit", incompetence? I email them about the matter, and they say they will look into it after 1 business day.

How will I track order now? If my delivery never arrived and I can't reach them then I will further the matter to ICASA, this is unacceptable and I'M NOT HAPPY WITH TAKEALOT AND IT'S FAILING SYSTEM.
