Failing delivery Service

bought some stuff on take allot, Estimated Delivery date was 17th/10/2019, made arrangements for the wife to be at the delivery address and She waited whole day and no one showed.

I called the call center and they telling me they waiting on the box of nappies i ordered to be shipped to branch who will do the delivery.

No notification about this nothing.. Now when i ask them an Estimated delivery date, they cannot give me.. LMAO. How the hell am i supposed to magically have sumone home to accept this parcel the day you decide to deliver??
