Failed to send a parcel out for delivery, now spinning lies

<p>I ordered ( ********** ) a game yesterday morning (22nd Aug) at 9 in the morning from takealot. It was on pre-order as the official launch is the 23rd (according to all other official sites online). On the 23rd, the game did not ship, at all. It just indicated that its at the warehouse (it showed that they had stock on the 22nd, but did not ship before the release date), the morning of the 23rd, it still showed stock available. Yet, it still did not ship the incredibly long distance between the warehouse in joburg to PTA. I send through a mail. First I corresponded with a Robin Snell, she promised to get back to me, but never did. Then I phoned, and was again promised feedback. Then I phoned again and spoke to a manager called Maxine. According to her, the release date is only the 24th, that is why it has not shipped yet (as I stated before, all other websites, even google has it as the 23rd). Then the rude commentators also said that it will only ship by thursday. Yet a buddy of mine ordered a chair today (he's ship date was also thursday), and guess what...he's ordered is already on its way. The social media commentator could not give me an answer and just responded with a rude reply as to when the ship date is. Then a Zerelda Edem mailed me and informed me, that I missed the pre-order cut off date, and although it showed in stock, they only got stock today, which means it still has not shipped. So currently, I have 2 different versions of what actually happened. Do not use them, use any other online merchant, but aviod them like the plague. Their service is unreliable</p>
