FAILED TO DELIVER EVEN AFTER PLEAD.

I ordered 2 books via the website. It was the first time I used this service but was willing to take a chance. my initial call was a plead for me to get my books by Friday because I needed to use them by the weekend and chances are I will not be available in Polokwane for a week or so. I then requested that I pick up the parcel rather if they cannot deliver. I was so disappointed to hear that the courier does not allow that but also cannot deliver today. So this company is not willing to go the extra mile for one of its customers? I am very disappointed and as a result thinking of cancelling my order. No one is willing to meet me halfway even though I mentioned that I had special circumstances. I am sorry to say but you have lost a potential customer because of your processes. They only suit you and not the customer. Clearly we are not the core of this business.
