FAILED!!!! Takealot - you failed!

I returned an item under warranty and they will not replace it! Some long story about specific suppliers! They are going the "we are too big to care" route now!

Source the replacement elsewhere and don't upset a customer of many years and much spending!! You offer a replacement - replace my faulty item!

After many awesome reviews I have given Takealot they now don't care about delivering their "we're not happy until you're happy" promise! What a joke that promise is!!!
