Failed Takealot delivery!

I ordered a couple of stuff on takealot beginning of February and the items were shipped yesterday and were supposed to be delivered today. I didn’t go to work given that there would be no one available to accept the delivery and I am urgently in need of these items.

The items have been said to be out on delivery since morning and were said to be delivered before 17h00. I have been waiting and there has not been any results regarding the delivery, not even contact from the driver’s side. I did not and will not reschedule my delivery. They then **** and cancelled my delivery and stated that I was not available to receive the items, they made no contact and instead rescheduled my delivery to a time that best suits them. I was available the whole day!

I am unhappy as this is not the service I expect and usually get from takealot. This is such a disappointed as I even sent emails to them but they didn’t respond.
