Failed Service

Poor service, I was told to stay at home on Tuesday 06 February 2024 my card will be delivered. I stayed at home no one came, then I called your call center on the 7th Feb, I was told there is a problem with my card its on its way to hub and card will be delivered on the 8th ... Spent whole day, no delivery still.
