Failed Return policy

We bought an Acer laptop. The hinge broke which caused the screen and plastic casing to distort. Takelot rejected the return saying it was damaged by the user. We complained to again be rejected. We have subsequently found out that this is a common problem with this Acer laptop. Takelalot failed dismally!!
