Failed return

I really don't want to give you guys a bad review but I cant get in touch with you guys and I'm not recieving any feedback from you guys since saturday regarding my return.. I logged a return and a lady picked it up on friday after that I recieved a sms stating that you could not find me and we will have to reschedule.. I logged a complaint about it and one of your staff members got back to me saying you guys are waiting for feedback from the courier company and I heard nothing since, I tried to log another complaint but your site does not recognise my order number so I'm stuck on that page... I'm happy to change my review as I've never ever had a problem with you guys.. please just get back to me.
