Failed delivery from takealot

I ordered a ring light, on the 26th of February and it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of March, come 2nd of March my order wasn't delivered waited the whole day I then rescheduled the order to the 3rd of march and it approved the rescheduled date. On the 3rd of march at 06:30 in the morning I received a message from the courier that my order was delivered on the 3rd of march at 09:30. How is that possible?? I then sent an email to takealot regarding this attached all the necessary screenshots to support my case and to date they haven't gotten back to me.
