Failed delivery

I am highly disappointed with the services I received from takealot . I paid an extra fee for my delivery to happen today!!!!. And the driver didn’t deliver. He called me at 12pm stating that he will deliver the products today and at 16:45 he told me that something happened. When I called the driver he sounds drunk!!! I am very disappointed takealot. And no one from takealot seems to provide assistance
