Failed delivery and communication

I am truly not happy with how takealot does things and how they treat customers. I placed an order on takealot on the 4th September 2023 and I still haven't received my items. I had to call and equire about the delivery of my items. This is honestly tiring. I spoke on one of the agents that reassured me that the delivery will done but still nothing. I am truly not happy 👎
