Failed delivery

I made an order on an item that is available in my city and yet the delivery is in two weeks, what about the takealot more they made me sign up for saying my shipping will be expedited. To top it off yhe takealot chatbox is useless. Programmed messages amthat are irrelevant to my request! Am super disappointed in failed delivery and services.
