Failed delivery 2 days in a row

Have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for the past 2 days , I got a message stating that my parcel would be delivered on the 01/09/2022 before 5pm , at 16:48 I receive a message stating that the recipient wasn't available to accept the order , which is nonsense, my husband was at home the whole day and I had received 4 parcels that day including my husbands take a lot order for same day delivery, I rescheduled for the next day 02/09/2022 but I knew I wouldn't be home for half the day due to a doctor's appointment so I asked security if he could please receive my packages as we had to go out , when we arrived back at 1 pm the security guard stated that only one package was delivered ( my parcel from babiesrus) , I waited by my phone the rest of the day , at 16:30 I receive a message that my parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered before 5pm , at 18:27 I receive another message informing me that they tried to deliver but no one was available to receive the parcel, my phone only rang for my babiesrus delivery and the food I had ordered never once for take a lot , I have had so many parcels delivered from take a lot and other delivery companies to my address and this is the first time I have ever had this issue.
