Failed Deliveries

Truly a terrible experience. I have lost my faith in takealot.com. I have ordered successfully in the past. It started with same day delivery on Friday, hoping to enjoy my product over the weekend. But it never came. Something about my address being out of bounds. OK, so they credited me the extra fee for same day, and sent it with the standard delivery. I am still waiting. I don't want to be credited. I just want what I bought. What makes it worse is that they make use of Mr Delivery which doesn't even notify me that they are not coming or they cannot find my address. I feel that this is unacceptable.
