Failed credit promises

After not honoring there price, i recieved a R100 credit that would apply to my next order. I purchased a garmin bike mount for R599 on daily deals yesterday and no credit was app****. I email takealot and they said i should try again today and note that the price is back to full price at R799.

So if i want to use the credit now i would end up paying R699.

How does that make sense, i am a frequent customer and never had such poor customer service.

If i could take this up with their management i would.
