Failed by Takealot - Television ****

I ordered a 32 inch television. I was dropped off at my mothers residence without any paperwork. Once the package was opened by the installation team it was noticed that the television screen was cracked badly. It was immediately marked for return via the cell phone app.

The television was collected, a week later I was advised that they cannot accept the return for two reasons.

1. Screen cracked (yes I highlighted that was reason for returning it)

2. The television was swapped out, as apparently the serial numbers on the box differed. (This is when I sensed something underhand is going on here)

I have two objection letters, one by the myself and the other by the installation team..

Neither of these have been addressed by takealot, I have requested a call to discuss a number of times, no contact.

All I have received is an email saying they cannot accept the return.
