Fabulous Feedback

I sent a mail to Takealot to inform them that an ad they were advertising had no stock or no stock options. I received a mail that day to say that they will investigate and get back to me. I must be honest, I wrote it off but was pleasantly surprised when Alonda Raven mailed me back to say that she is awaiting feedback from the buyer and will come back to me and then even more wow'ed when she back to me again with the answer, the problem fixed and a handy web link to the site and my product.
