Fabric Wardrobe

I purchased a fabric wardrobe from Takealot South Africa, received the product on Saturday, I assembled the wardrobe the following day and during the night it collapsed as the legs was not strong enough to hold the frame, I returned the product Monday, bare in mind I had it for a day. The returns department claims it is "WEAR & TEAR" after 1 day and refuses to accept and give me a refund for this inferior product.
