I was a frequent buyer at takealot and had no complains nor returns for so many years. My nightmare started when I purchased a replacement charger for my laptop. That thing only worked for 3 weeks and so I logged a return. Instead of a refund, I requested for an exchange. They brought the so called "exchanged" charger, that had more issues. This one worked for 2 weeks. As I was removing it from my laptop, it's charging pin was left in my laptop. No force was used to remove the charger and yet it broke. I logged another return but this time I requested for a refund, because clearly these chargers are defective. I bought another charger at takealot while waiting for my refund, as I need it to work. Takealot claims I broke the charger, now how in the hell would I break something that I need so bad. I requested for someone higher but that never happened. I decided to delete my takealot account, superbalist and Mr delivery. There is no way I'm ever doing business with ******, that buy defective products and sell them to us. Never buy the replacement type -c laptop charger.
