F you Takealot 🚩🚩🚩🚩

Takealot.Com.. I've had numerous issues with them.. for context I lived in Hoedspruit (super tiny town with limited shops and amenities - I also worked in the Bush for long periods of time with zero access to any shops for an average of 30 to 40 days at a time - so ordering through Takealot was a necessity). I've ordered products (I usually order 3 or 4 items at a time for one order) and these items would arrive but with 1 or 2 of the ordered items not being delivered and the app indicating that it has been delivered - my company at the time had cameras to prove only 1 or 2 of the 4 items have been delivered but Takealot would argue with me saying that the items were signed over by the driver to our reception and that reception must have misplaced the items - the cameras proved otherwise. I never received those items nor got a refund or any further assistance. Today the 19th of August 23 I received a notification that delivery would take place and the driver only had 1 of the 2 items delivered - I checked my app and noticed that one of the items had been canceled. No notice, no email, no notification, nothing. Why was my item canceled? Why have I waited 9 days for my order only to be rudely told it's not the drivers issue and that they must escalate the issue? Escalate for what? To not get my refund, to have to go Run around looking for a replacement item, I won't accept the other item, it goes hand in hand with the item that was canceled. Will never use Takealot ever again and will be ensuring every single person I speak to from now on knows how **** Takealot is. Wish alone has never given me an issue and I've used them for 6 or so years now.. Super ****ed off, I hope Takealot goes under with it's useless service and inability to provide a service that it promotes.
