EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

I payed my order on the 24 Nov and the site said it will be delivered on the 6 Des. That did not happen they then said it be delivered on the 9th. still no package. when i check the delivery status on the site it only gives me a time and date. Their fone line just keep ringing and when i sent a email to the help option it only says a shopping assistant will contact me . still waiting.
