Extremely unsatisfying service

I purcahsesd a samsung fast charger from takealot.com. However upon arrival it was NOT a Samsung Original product but rather a **** advertised as one. When I tried using the product it DIDN'T work. So I decided to send it back to takealot.com, they have taken the product about 2 weeks ago and still haven't contacted me.

I'd like to also state that my account is not valid because they have an invalid email address and mine.
